Who I Am

I’m Suti, founder of SieberSolutions.

I hold a Master’s in Engineering and have spent over 10 years in B2B sales, working across Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America, leading key accounts, managing long sales cycles, and selling complex solutions in technical industries.

What made things work wasn’t just what I sold,

it was how I sold.

Structure, consistency, and a calm, focused approach helped me keep deals moving, even when things got messy.

Now, I help founders and small sales teams bring that same clarity into their own process, so sales feels less scattered, more steady, and actually manageable as they grow.

Why I Built This

This isn’t theory. I built it from scratch, in a new country, with no shortcuts.

When I moved from Germany to Canada, I didn’t have a local network, warm intros, or leads waiting.

Just a blank page and a challenge:

How do you build a working sales system when no one knows who you are?

So I became my first case study.

I tested every step myself, from positioning and first outreach to structured follow-ups and refined it until it worked.

And it did: I started real conversations, built relationships, and gained traction with early-stage founders, tech startups, and small industrial teams in a completely new market.

Today, I help B2B founders and small sales teams do the same, cut through the noise, bring focus to their pipeline, and create sales habits that hold up under pressure.
