The 90-Day Constraint Guarantee | conditions
The guarantee is a working commitment, not a promotional offer. These are the conditions that make it measurable for both sides.
Eligibility
The guarantee applies to Revenue System Diagnostic and Revenue System Build engagements.
Baseline
The metric, its baseline value, and the measurement window are agreed in writing at kickoff.
Participation
The guarantee requires an executive sponsor, agreed CRM and data access, and the working time committed at kickoff.
Measurable improvement
Measurable improvement means movement on the agreed metric versus the agreed baseline within the agreed window.
Exclusions
Factors outside our control, including withheld access, unfilled key roles, or major market disruption, pause the measurement window.
Remediation
If the threshold is not met, we continue working at no additional fee for up to 90 further days.
