Status of this notice

This notice describes how SieberSolutions currently handles personal information. It is reviewed periodically and updated when our practices change.

Person responsible for the protection of personal information

Sutthiphong Sieber is the person responsible for the protection of personal information at SieberSolutions.

What is collected

Contact form: your name, work email, company, and the message you write.

Revenue System Scorecard: your answers and the resulting scores, plus your email address only if you ask for a copy of your results.

Booking: the information you enter in Calendly when you schedule a conversation (typically name, email, and any note you add).

Measurement: consent-based analytics events only, without free text and without personal identifiers.

Local storage: your language preference and your cookie choice, stored in your browser.

Why it is collected and how

Contact and scorecard details are used only to reply to you and to prepare a possible engagement. Booking details are used to hold the meeting. Measurement is used only to understand which pages and calls to action are useful.

Collection happens through forms you submit, the scheduling link you open, and, only after consent, measurement events. Nothing is sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Service providers

Workflow automation: n8n Cloud, which receives and stores contact form and scorecard submissions.

Email: Google Workspace (Gmail), used to read and reply to your message.

Scheduling: Calendly, which processes booking details under its own privacy terms.

Hosting: Lovable, which serves this website.

Analytics: none currently enabled.

Analytics and tracking

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. If that changes, this notice will be updated first and consent will be requested where required by law.

Collaborators

Specialist collaborators such as Auky Gonzales and Henrique Jongh do not have standing access to prospect or client information. Where a specific engagement requires their involvement, access is granted only for that engagement and governed by a signed non-disclosure agreement.

Processing outside Quebec

Solutions Sieber Inc. uses technology providers, including Google Workspace, Calendly, n8n Cloud, and Lovable's hosting infrastructure, that may process information outside Quebec. Its process for assessing and documenting the privacy implications of these providers is currently being formalized.

How long information is kept

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange. If an engagement begins, engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus six years, to meet Canadian legal and accounting obligations.

Scorecard submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Consent-based analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Booking records are held in the scheduling provider according to its own retention settings.

Information is deleted earlier on request, unless retention is legally required.

Your rights

You may ask to access the personal information held about you, to have it corrected, and to withdraw your consent to measurement or to further contact at any time.

To exercise a right, write to s.sieber@siebersolutions.com with the request. A written answer is provided within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec (cai.gouv.qc.ca), the provincial authority responsible for the protection of personal information.

Cookies and local storage

No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you allow measurement in the cookie notice.

Local storage holds two non-tracking values: your cookie choice, so the notice does not reappear, and your language preference. Declining measurement changes nothing about how the site works.

Changes to this notice

Material changes are published on this page with a new last-updated date. If a change affects how your information is used, it takes effect only after that date.
