Suti's previous in-house experience
A partner-sales system that contributed to 27% territory growth
27% annual growth | Approximately €2.1M to €2.7M | 5% original objective

The challenge
An engineered-systems manufacturer had an international territory growing at a single-digit rate. Many opportunities depended on local partners. Those partners understood their markets, but they needed greater clarity about: which customers and applications to target; how to explain the product's technical value; how to qualify an opportunity; when to involve internal specialists; how to progress quotations consistently.
Opportunity information was not always communicated or monitored consistently. As a result, offers could lose momentum between initial interest, technical clarification, quotation and follow-up.
What Suti changed
Suti owned the complete commercial cycle and built a more repeatable system around the international partner network. He:
- Established and developed partnerships in international markets.
- Helped partners identify suitable customers and applications.
- Guided partners on how to position and sell the product.
- Introduced more consistent qualification and technical discovery.
- Connected partner requirements with internal commercial and technical teams.
- Created better visibility across active opportunities, quotations and next steps.
- Used regular partner communication to identify obstacles and move offers forward.
- Led negotiation and supported qualified opportunities through to close.
Partners gained greater clarity about what to sell, who to target, which questions to ask and how to progress an opportunity. Internally, the company gained a clearer view of the partner pipeline and the actions required to advance important offers.
The outcome
Territory revenue grew by 27% in one year, from approximately €2.1 million to €2.7 million. The result substantially exceeded the original 5% growth objective.
The growth was supported not only by additional sales activity, but by a more structured way to enable partners, qualify opportunities, monitor offers and maintain commercial momentum.
Why this matters
Technical companies that sell through distributors, representatives or implementation partners do not need partners in name only. They need a practical partner-sales system that helps the right people identify, explain and progress the right opportunities. SieberSolutions applies these principles when helping clients improve partner onboarding, qualification, quotation follow-up, pipeline visibility and commercial accountability.
Context and limits
This result was achieved while Suti was leading the territory in-house. It is presented as relevant operating experience, not as a SieberSolutions client result.
